Food Service Committee Purpose:To provide a forum to discuss and recommend action on issues related to campus food service. Conduct on-going review of campus food service and related issues. Function in a positive, proactive manner with campus constituencies to ensure the best possible food service delivery to the campus community. * The Chairperson is Peter Maher, the University Auxiliary Services (UAS) Director of Dining Services.
